का.आ. 2826 (अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-09 की अनुसूची-II में, अध्याय-4 कोजोड़ कर तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है:-

संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका को शहद का निर्यात निम्नलिखित शर्तों के मद्दे अनुमत होगाः
1. निर्यात किए जाने वाला शहद ' केवल पूर्ण रूप से प्राप्त' भारतीय शहद होगा, और;
2. भारतीय शहद का किसी अन्य देश से प्राप्त शहद के साथ मिश्रण अनुमत नहीं होगा । " 2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 2826 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy,2004-2009, the Central Government hereby amends, with immediate effect, Schedule - II ofITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items , 2004-09 , as amended from time to time , by inserting Chapter 4, as under :--
