फा. सं. ए-12022 / 1/2007-पी ई- Ⅰ.-महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 के अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करके, केन्द्रीय सरकार , श्री जी. जे. राव , को 23-07-2008 (अपराह्न ) से उनके अधिवर्षिता की आयु हो जाने की तारीख तक या अगले आदेशों तक , जो भी पहले हो, औद्योगिक महँगाई भत्ते के पैटर्न से युक्त 25750-650-30950 रु. के वेतनमान में अध्यक्ष , तूतीकोरिन पत्तन न्यास के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government appoints Shri G.J. Rao , as Chairman, Tuticorin Port Trust in the pay scale ofRs . 25750- 650-30950(in Industrial DA pattern) w.e.f. 23-07-2008 (AN) up to the date of retirement on superannuation or until furtherorders ,whichever is earlier.
