का.आ. 2833(अ).-यतः, मै. डीएलएफ इन्फो सिटी डेवलपर्स ( चेन्नई) लिमिटेड ने तमिलनाडु राज्य के मनपक्कम तथा मुगलीवक्कम ग्राम , श्री पेरूम्बुदूर तालुक, कांचीपुरम जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , जिसे एतपश्चात् अधिनियम कहा गया है , की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;
और , यतः , केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की दिनांक 16 नवम्बर, 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1978 ( अ ) में तमिलनाडु राज्य के मनपक्कम तथा मुगलीवक्कम ग्राम , श्री पेरूम्बुदूर तालुक, कांचीपुरम जिले में विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में 13.2923 हेक्टेयर का कुल क्षेत्र अधिसूचित किया है और तदुपरांत वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की दिनांक 19 मार्च, 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 396( अ ) में तमिलनाडु राज्य के उपर्युक्त ग्रामों में 3.4384 हेक्टेयर के अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित किया;
और , यतः , मै. डीएलएफ इन्फो सिटी डेवलपर्स ( चेन्नई ) लिमिटेड ने तमिलनाडु राज्य में किट्टमपालयम तथा करूमाथमपट्टी ग्राम, पल्लदम तालुक , कोयंबतूर जिले में 0.69.83 हेक्टेयर के अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र के एक हिस्से को उसे विशेष आर्थिक जोन के एक हिस्से के रूप में शामिल करने का प्रस्ताव किया है;
और यतः , केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने उक्त मनपक्कम तथा मुगलीवक्कम ग्राम में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिक समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास , एवं प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 22 सितम्बर , 2008 को आयोजित अनुमोदन बोर्ड की बैठक में अनुमोदन प्रदान कर दिया है;
अतः , अब , अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा तमिलनाडु राज्य में मुगलीवक्कम ग्राम , श्री पेरूम्बुदूर तालुक , कांचीपुरम जिले में 0.69.83 हेक्टेयर के अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के एक हिस्से के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd December , 2008
S.O.2833 (E). Whereas M/s . DLF Info City Developers (Chennai) Limited, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the Act ) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Manapakkam and Mugalivakkam Villages , Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in the State of Tamil Nadu;
Andwhereas the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 4 of the Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, has notified a total area of 13.2923 hectares at Manapakkam and Mugalivakkam Villages , Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in the State ofTamil Nadu as Special Economic Zone in theMinistry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O. 1978 (E) , dated 16th November , 2006 and subsequently notified an additional area of3.4384 hectares at above said villages in the State of Tamil Nadu as Special Economic Zone in theMinistry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O. 396 (E) , dated 19th March, 2007;
Andwhereas M/s . DLF Info City Developers (Chennai) Limited has proposed to include a part of additional area of0.69.83 hectares at Kittampalayam and Karumathampatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District in the State ofTamil Nadu as a part of that Special Economic Zone;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub -section (8) of Section 3 ofthe Act and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted approval in the Board of Approval meeting held on 22nd September , 2008 under sub - section ( 10) of Section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Manapakkam andMugalivakkam Villages;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second provisoto sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Act and in pursuance ofrule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies as additional area of0.69.83 hectares at Mugalivakkam Village , Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in the State of Tamil Nadu , comprising ofthe Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below , to be included as a part of that Special Economic Zone, namely:-
