सा.का.नि. 828(अ). राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थाआयोग ( अध्यक्षों तथा अन्य सदस्यों के वेतन एवं भत्ते और सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली, 2006 के नियम 3 ( 1 ) में संशोधन के बाबत इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 17 नवम्बर, 2008 की अधिसूचना के संदर्भ में । यह अधिसूचना इसमें उल्लिखित 6 जून , 2006 के बजाए 12 जुलाई , 2006 से प्रभावी होगी।

New Delhi , the 24th November, 2008
G.S.R. 828 (E ) .-Reference this Ministry's Notification dated 17th November , 2008 amending Rule 3 ( 1 ) of National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairpersons and other Members ) Rules, 2006. The Notification shall take effect from 12th July, 2006 instead of 6th June , 2006 mentioned in the Notification .
