In the Heading of ' Annexure ' to the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue relating to the constitution of the Directorate General of Human Resource DevelopmentNo. G.S.R. 792 (E) , dated the 18th November, 2008, published in Extraordinary Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section ( i) , dated November 18, 2008, the words " four Divisions" may be read as " five Divisions" .
