का.आ. 2843(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009, के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्द्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी (एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची- I ( आयात ) में, निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है :
1. एग्जिम कोड सं. 4411 12 00 , 4411 13 00 और 4411 14 00 के तहत मीडियम डेन्सिटी फाइबर बोर्ड ( एमडीएफ ) मद के लिए आयात नीति को संशोधित कर के " मुक्त " ( प्रतिबंधित के बजाय ) पढ़ा जाएगा । यह संशोधन 24-11-2008 से लागू होगा ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 2843(E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule -I (Imports) of the ITC (HS ) Classifications ofExport and Import Items , 2004-2009 as under:
1.Import Policy for the item, Medium density fibre board (MDF) under Exim Code Nos . 4411 1200, 4411 13 00 and4411 14 00 shall be amended to read as " Free " ( instead ofRestricted) . This amendment shall be applicable from. 24-11-2008 .
2. This issues in public interest.
