का.आ. 2845( अ ).-सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 22 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में का. आ. 690 ( अ ) , दिनांक 25 मार्च , 2008 के अंतर्गत प्रकाशित विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय , विधायी विभाग की अधिसूचना के अधि- क्रमण में , ऐसे अधिक्रमणों से पहले तत्संबंधी ऐसे कृत या किए जाने के लिए छोड़े हुए कृत्यों को छोड़कर , विधायी विभाग द्वारा उक्त विभाग में श्री उदय कुमारा , उप विधायी परामर्शी को इस विभाग के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ तत्काल प्रभाव से एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय जनसूचना अधिकारी पदनामित किया जाता है ।

New Delhi , the 5th December, 2008
S.O. 2845 (E ). In pursuance of Sub - section (2 ) of Section 5 ofthe Right to Information Act , 2005 (22 of 2005 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Law and Justice , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub- section (ii ) , vide number S.O. 690 (E) , dated the 25th March, 2008 , except as respects thing done or omittedto be done before such supersession , the Legislative Department hereby designates Shri Udaya Kumara , Deputy Legislative Counsel in the said Department , as the Central Public Information Officer for the said Department for the purposes of the said Act with immediate effect .
