2. The above amendment/provision shall be effective from 1st December, 2008 .

3. This issues in Public interest.

R. S. GUJRAL, Director General of Foreign Trade & Physical Verification Report must be duly supported/ mentioned with the transit permit . The unexported materials against the licence obtained but lying in premises/godowns of the firm must also be inspected at that time and must be duly reflected in the Physical Verification Report." .
