G.S.R. 846(E ).-In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (6) of Section 3 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Department of Shipping , Ports Wing, No. G.S.R. 189(E), dated 19th March, 2008, No. G.S.R. 293 (E ) , dated 21st April , 2008, No. G.S.R. 322 (E ) , dated 1st May , 2008, No. G.S.R. 352(E) , dated 9th May, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 432 (E ) , dated 5th June, 2008, No. G.S.R. 536(E), dated 17th July, 2008 read with No. G.S.R. 617 (E) , dated 28th August , 2008 the Central Government hereby appoints the following as trustees after serial number 14 of the said notification on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Paradip.
