का.आ. 2851 ( अ ) .- यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 ( आरई -2008 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. ' अवधि' से संबंधित पैराग्राफ 1.2 को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
" माल और सेवाओं के निर्यात और आयात से संबंधित प्रावधानों को शामिल करते हुए यह विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 (आरई -2008 ) 1 अप्रैल , 2008 से प्रभावी होगी और यह ' अगले संशोधनों तक' जब तक अन्यथा विनिर्दिष्ट न हो, लागू रहेगी । "
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

No. 70 (RE- 2008)/2004-2009
S.O. 2851 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) , 2004-2009 , as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in FTP, 2004-2009 (RE-2008 ) :-
1.Paragraph 1.2 related to ' Duration ' stands replaced bythe following:-
"This Foreign Trade Policy (FTP ) 2004-2009 (RE-2008), incorporating provisions relating to export and import of goods and services , shall come into force with effect from 1st April , 2008 and shall remain in force 'till further amendments ' unless otherwise specified."
This issues in Public interest .
