सं. 71 ( आर ई -2008 )/2004-2009 का.आ. 2857( अ ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 3 (2) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 33 ( आर ई-2007)/2004- 2009 दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर , 2007 ( गेहूँ और गेहूँ उत्पाद के निर्यात पर निषेध से संबंधित ) के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित परिवर्धन करती है :-
" 2.4 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गेहूँ के निर्यात पर लगाया गया निषेध , नेफेड के माध्यम से म्यांमार को 950 मीट्रिक टन गेहूँ के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगा ।
2.5 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गेहूँ के निर्यात पर लगाया गया निषेध, एम एम टी सी के माध्यम से नेपाल को 10,000 मीट्रिक टन गेहूँके निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगा । "
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10 December , 2008
No. 71 (RE- 2008)/2004-2009
S. O. 2857 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makesthe following addition with immediate effect at the end ofParagraph 2 ofNotification No. 33 (RE-2007)/2004- 2009, dated 8th October, 2007 (pertaining to prohibition on export ofwheat and wheat products ) :----
" 2.4 The prohibition imposed by this Notification onexport of wheat shall not be applicable to export of950 MT ofwheat to Myanmar through NAFED.
2.5 The prohibition imposed by this Notification on export ofwheat shall not be applicable to export of 10,000 MT ofwheat to Nepal through MMTC . "
