सा.का.नि. 848(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 9क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और ( 5 ) तथा सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ (पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उस पर प्रतिपाटित शुल्क का निर्धारण और संग्रहण तथा क्षति का अवधारण ) नियम , 1995 के नियम 18 तथा 23 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 86/2007- सीमाशुल्क तारीख 10 जुलाई , 2007 , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में सा.का.नि. 477 ( अ ) तारीख 10 जुलाई , 2007 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(i ) पैराग्राफ 1 में, शब्द " पार्शियली ओरियन्टिड यार्न" के स्थान पर शब्द " पालिस्टर का पार्शियली ओरियन्टिड यार्न" प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे;
(ii ) सारणी में, स्तंभ ( 3 ) के अंदर शब्द " पार्शियली ओरियन्टिड यार्न " सभी क्रम सं. के सामने के स्थान पर शब्द " पालिस्टर का पार्शियली ओरियन्टिड यार्न " प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे ।

G.S.R. 848 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) and sub - section (5) of Section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with rules 18 and 23 of the Customs Tariff ( Identification, Assessment and Collection ofAnti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rules , 1995 , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance , Department ofRevenue No. 86/2007-CUSTOMS dated the 10th July, 2007 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , sub- section ( i ) of vide number G.S.R. 477 (E ) , dated the 10th July, 2007 , namely: ---
In the said notification ,--
(1) in paragraph 1 , for the words " partially oriented yarn " the words " partially oriented yarn of polyester " shall be substituted;
(ii) in the Table , under column (3 ) , for the words " Partially Oriented Yarn " occurring against all serial numbers , the words " Partially Oriented Yarn of Polyester " shall be substituted.
