नई दिल्ली , 11 दिसम्बर , 2008 का.आ. 2860(अ).-विधि-विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम , 1967 ( 1967 का 37) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मेघालय के हन्नीवट्रैप नेशनल लिबरेशन काउन्सिल ( एचएनएलसी ) को विधि- विरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के लिए पर्याप्त कारण हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की न्यायाधीश सुश्री न्यायमूर्ति रेखा शर्मा की अध्यक्षता में एक "विधि-विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण" का गठन करती है।

New Delhi , the 11th December , 2008
S.O. 2860 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Ms Justice Rekha Sharma , Judge ofDelhi High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Hyrniniewtrep National Liberation Council ( HNLC) of Meghalaya as Unlawful Association .
