का.नि.आ. 31(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , छावनी अधिनियम, 2006( 2006 का 41 ) की धारा 12 की उप - धारा ( 8. ) का अनुसरण करते हुए , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उप- धारा (2 ) के अधीन यथा अधिसूचित तारीख 26 अगस्त, 2008 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 4 , तारीख 26 अगस्त , 2008 के का.नि.आ. 19 ( अ ) द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, छावनी बोर्ड , झांसी के वार्ड संख्या III के संबंध में हुए, 19 अक्तूबर , 2008 के साधारण निर्वाचन में सदस्य के निर्वाचन को अधिसूचित करती है:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th December, 2008
S.R.O. 31 (E).-In pursuance of sub - section (8 ) of Section 12 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006) , the Central Government hereby notifies the election of the member at the ordinary election held in respect of Ward No. III ofCantonment Board, Jhansi on the 19th October , 2008 as notified under sub- section (2) of Section 15 of the said Act, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 4 , dated the 26th August, 2008 vide S.R.O. 19 (E) , dated the 26th August, 2008.
