भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( छुट्टी यात्ना रियायत ) संशोधन विनियम, 2008
सं. भाराराप्रा./ 12011 / 12/95 - प्रशासन ( भाग ).-भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 9 के साथ पठित धारा 35 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( छुट्टी यात्रा रियायत) विनियमावली , 1997 में संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. (1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( छुट्टी यात्रा रियायत ) संशोधन विनियम , 2008 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये विनियम 1 सितम्बर, 2008 से लागू माने जाएंगे ।
2. भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( छुट्टी यात्रा रियायत ) विनियम , 1997 ( जिसे इसमें इसके बाद मूल विनियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 3 के खण्ड (ङ) के अंत में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" अथवा समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा ( छूट्टी यात्रा रियायत ) नियमावली , 1988 में परिवार की परिभाषा में शामिल किया गया कोई अन्य सदस्य जो उसमें विनिर्दिष्ट शर्तों के अधीन होगा । " ।
3. मूल विनियमों के नियम 5 और 6 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्:-
" 5. रियायत का प्रकार और उसकी स्वीकार्यता :- रियायत का प्रकार और उसकी स्वीकार्यता समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा ( छूट्टी यात्रा रियायत ) नियमावली , 1988 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार होगी ।
6. पात्रता:-छुट्टी यात्रा रियायत की पात्रता समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा ( छुट्टी यात्रा रियायत ) नियमावली, 1988 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार होगी । " ।

The National Highways Authority of India (Leave Travel Concession) Amendment Regulations, 2008 No. NHAI/ 12011 / 12/95-Admn. (Pt . ) .---In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 35 , read with Section 9, of theNational Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988) , the National Highways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations to amend the National Highways Authority of India (Leave Travel Concession) Regulations , 1997, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the National Highways Authority of India (Leave Travel Concession ) Amendment Regulations , 2008 .
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September , 2008 .
2. In clause (e) of regulation 3 of the National Highways Authority of India (Leave Travel Concession ) Regulations , 1997 (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) , the following shall be added at the end, namely:-
"or any other member included in the definition of family in the Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession) Rules , 1988, as amended from time to time , subject to the conditions specified therein ." .
3. For regulations 5 and 6 of the principal regulations, the following regulations shall be substituted, namely:-
"5. Type of concession and their admissibility. The type ofconcession and their admissibility shall be as per the provisions contained in the Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession) Rules , 1988, as amended from time to time .
6. Entitlement. The entitlement on Leave Travel Concession shall be as per the provisions contained in the Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession ) Rules , 1988 , as amended from time to time. " .
