NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th December , 2008 सा.का.नि. 854(अ) .-महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 के अधिनियम, सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) और धारा 10 की उप- धारा (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके, केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग ( पत्तन स्कंध ) की दिनांक 12 जून , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि.. 422 ( अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
G.S.R. 854(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofShipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 422(E), dated 12th June, 2006 .
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 12 पर उल्लिखित शब्दों, " श्री आर. किशोर कुमार, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ( ताँबा ) , स्टरलाइट इंडस्ट्रीज (आई) लि. , एस आई पी सी ओ टी इंडस्ट्रीयल कॉम्पलेक्स, मदुरै बाइपास रोड, तूतीकोरिन -628002 " को " श्री रमेश नायर, मुख्य संचालन अधिकारी (ताँबा ) , स्टरलाइट इंडस्ट्रीज( आई ) लि. , एस आई पी सी ओ टी इंडस्ट्रीयल कॉम्पलेक्स, मदुरै बाइपास रोड, तूतीकोरिन-628002 " शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।
2. In the saidNotification , against serial number 12 for the words "Shri R. Kishore Kumar , Chief Executive Officer (Copper), Sterlite Industries ( I) Ltd. , SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Madurai Bypass Road, Tuticorin -628002" the words "Shri Ramesh Nair, ChiefOperating Officer ( Copper), Sterlite Industries (I ) Ltd. , SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Madurai Bypass Road, Tuticorin- 628002 " shall be substituted.
