GS.R. 857 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub- section (2) read with sub-section ( 1) ofSection 75 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Disaster Management (National Disaster Response Force) Rules, 2008, namely:--
सा.का.नि. 857(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 53 ) की धारा 75 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा (2 ) के खंड ( च ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आपदा प्रबंधन ( राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल ) नियम, 2008 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आपदा प्रबंधन ( राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल ) संशोधन नियम, 2008है ।
1. Short title and commencement : ( 1) These rules maybe called the Disaster Management (National Disaster Response Force) Amendment Rules, 2008 .
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. आपदा प्रबंधन ( राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल ) संशोधन नियम, 2008 के नियम 2 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) में,
2. In sub - rule (1 ) of rule 2 of the Disaster Management (National Disaster Response Force) Rules, 2008, in clause (c) ,-
(क) प्रविष्टि ( iii ) में " या " शब्द का लोप किया जाएगा;
(a) in the entry (iii ) , the word "or" shall be omitted;
(ख) प्रविष्टि ( iv ) में " या " शब्द अंत में अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(b) in the entry ( iv), the word " or" shall be inserted at the end;
(ग) प्रविष्टि ( iv ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिअंतस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:
(c) after the entry (iv) , the following entry shall be inserted, namely :-
"सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 53 ); "।
"(v) the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 (53 of 2007);".
