का. आ. 2890(अ) .-पादप संगरोध ( भारत में आयात का विनियमन ) आदेश , 2003 में संशोधन करते हुए , नाशक कीट और कृमि अधिनियम , 1914 ( 1914 का 2 ) के खण्ड 3 के उप-खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 की अधिसूचना में और 1 जनवरी , 2008 को भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में का. आ. 3 ( अ ) के जरिए भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में प्रकाशित मौजूदा प्रविष्टि में पैरा 1 ( 1 ) में निम्नलिखित सुधार किया जाए :
" इस आदेश को पादप संगरोध ( भारत में आयात का विनियमन ) प्रथम संशोधन आदेश , 2008 कहा जाए। "

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 8th December , 2008
S.O. 2890 (E) . In the Notification dated 31stDecember, 2007 issued by the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Destructive Insects and Pests Act, 1914 (2of1914) amending the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003 and published in the Gazette ofIndia Extraordinary vide S.O. 3 (E) in Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii) on 1st January, 2008 , in Para 1 ( 1 ) against the existing entry , the following shall be substituted:
"ThisOrder may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India ) First Amendment Order, 2008. "
