का.आ. 2899(अ). विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1908 (1908 का 6 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , " एमोनियम नाइट्रेट या उसके मिश्रण " को उक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्य के लिए " विशेष श्रेणी के विस्फोटक पदार्थ " घोषित करती है ।

S.O. 2899 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) ofSection 2 ofthe Explosive Substances Act, 1908 (6 of 1908 ), the Central Government hereby specifies "Ammonium Nitrate or a Combination thereof" as a " special category explosive substance" for the purposes ofthe said Act.
