G.S.R. 859 (E ) . In this Ministry's Notification No. A - 12018 / 1 / 2003 - Admn . I , dated 27-6-2008 [G.S.R. 507(E) ] amending Recruitment Rules for the post of Adviser (Public Health and Environmental Engineering ) the following modifications may be made: -----
सा.का.नि. 859(अ).-इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 27-6-2008 कीअधिसूचना सं. ए-12018/ 1/2003 - प्रशा.- [ सा.का.नि. 507( अ ) ] जिसके द्वारा सलाहकार ( लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं पर्यावरणीय इंजीनियरिंग) के पद के लिए भर्ती नियमों को संशोधित किया गया था , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएं :-
(1) In Column4 scale ofpay may be read as Rs .37,400- 67,000 +10,000 (Grade Pay) instead ofRs . 18,400- 500-22,400.
(1) कॉलम 4 में वेतनमान को 18,400-500-22,400 रुपए के बजाए 37,400-67,000+ 10,000 ( ग्रेड पे ) रुपए पढ़ा जाए ।
(ii) In Column 12 , against S. No. ( 1 ) , the officers working in Union Territory Administration may be included, in the field of consideration for deputation ( ISTC) .
(ii) कॉलम 12 में क्रम सं. ( 1 ) के आगे प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए विचार के फील्ड ( आईएसटीसी ) में संघ शासित प्रदेश प्रशासन में कार्यरत अधिकारी को शामिल किया जाए ।
(iii) In Column 12 , against S. No. 1 ( ii ) the pay scale may be read as Rs . 37,400-67,000+ 8,900 instead of Rs. 16,400-20,000 .
(iii) कॉलम 12 में क्रम सं. 1 (ii ) के आगे वेतनमान 16,400-20,000 रुपए के बजाए 37,400-67,000+8,900 रुपए पढ़ा जाए ।
(iv) In Column 12, against S. No. 1 ( iii ) the pay scale may be read as Rs . 37,400-67,000+ 8,700 instead of Rs . 14,300-18,300.
(iv) कॉलम 12 में क्रम सं. 1 ( iii ) के आगे वेतनमान 14,300-18,300 रुपए के बजाए वेतनमान 37,400-67,000+ 8,700 रुपए पढ़ा जाए ।
(v) In Column 12, against S. No. 2 the pay scale may be read as Rs . 37,400-67,000+ 8,700 instead of Rs . 14,300-18,300 .
(v) कॉलम 12 में क्रम सं. 2 के आगे वेतनमान 14,300-18,300 रुपए के बजाए वेतनमान 37,400-67,000+ 8,700 रुपए पढ़ा जाए ।
(vi ) In Column 12, against S. No. (2) After the words 'Joint Adviser ' appearing the words " Public Health and Environmental Engineering " may be inserted within brackets .
(vi) कॉलम 12 में क्रम सं. ( 2 ) के आगे " संयुक्त सलाहकार " शब्दों के बाद " लोक स्वास्थ्य और पर्यावरणीय इंजीनियरिंग " शब्दों को कोष्ठक में प्रविष्ट किया जाए ।

सा.का.नि. 860(अ).-इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 14-7-2008 की अधिसूचना सं. ए-12018/1/2003- प्रशा. -1 [ सा.का.नि. 530( अ) ] जिसके द्वारा संयुक्त सलाहकार ( लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं पर्यावरणीय इंजीनियरिंग ) के पद के लिए भर्ती नियमों को संशोधित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएं :-
(1) कॉलम 4 में वेतनमान को 14,300-400-18,300 रुपए के बजाए 37,400-67,000+ 8,700 (ग्रेड पे ) पढ़ा जाए ।
(ii) कॉलम 12 में प्रतिनियुक्ति ( अल्पावधि ठेके सहित ) शब्दों के बाद " और पदोन्नति " शब्दों को जोड़ा जाए ।
(iii) कॉलम 12 के क्रमांक ( 1) के आगे से संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के अधीन कार्यरत अधिकारी भी शामिल किया जाए ।
(iv) कॉलम 12 के तहत क्रमांक क( ii ) के आगे की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए :
" जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 12,000-375-16,500 रुपए के वेतनमान या समतुल्य के वेतनमान वाले पदों में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की है " के स्थान पर " मूल काडर/विभाग में 15,600-39,100+-7,600 रुपए के वेतनमान में या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्तिके पश्चात् 5 वर्ष की सेवा की है ; और "
(v) कॉलम12 में क्रमांक सं. ख (ⅰ ) के आगे " विश्वविद्यालय " शब्दके बाद " अथवा संस्थान " जोड़ा जाए ।
(vi) कॉलम 12 में क्रमांक सं. ख ( ii) के आगे मौजूद प्रविष्टि के बाद " और " शब्द प्रविष्ट किया जाए ।
(vii) कॉलम 2 में क्रमांक सं 2 में वेतनमान 12,000-375-16,500 रुपए का 15,600-39,100+ 7,600 रुपए पढ़ा जाए ।

G.S.R. 860 (E ) . In this Ministry's Notification No. A- 12018 / 1 /2003 -Admn . I , dated 14-7-2008 [ G.S.R .. 530( E) ] framing Recruitment Rules for the post of Joint Adviser (Public Health and Environmental Engineering) the following modifications may be made:-
(1) In Column 4 Scale of pay may be read as Rs . 37,400-67,000+ 8,700 (Grade Pay) instead of Rs . 14,300-400-18,300 .
(ii) In Column 12 , after the words Deputation (including Short Term Contract) , words ' plus promotion ' may be added.
(iii) In Column 12, against S. No. (1 ) officers working under Union Territory Administration also may be included.
(iv) The entry against S. No. a( ii ) under Column 12 may be substituted with the following :
"with five years ' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs . 15,600-39,100+ 7,600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/deptt .; and " instead of
"with five years ' regular service in posts in the scale of Rs . 12,000-375-16,500 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department ; and"
(v) In Column 12 , against S. No. b ( i) , the words ' or institute' may be added after the word "University" .
(vi) In Column 12 , against S. No. b ( ii ) , the word ' and ' may be inserted after the existing entry .
(vii) In Column 12 against S. No. 2 , the pay scale may be read as Rs . 15,600-39,100 +7,600 instead of Rs . 12,000-375-16,500 .
