का.आ. 2907(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009, के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची I ( आयात ) में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. एग्ज़िम कोड संख्या 5402 44 00 के तहत मद, इलास्टोमेरिक हेतु आयात नीति को संशोधित करके " मुक्त " ( प्रतिबंधित के बजाय ) पढ़ा जाएगा । यह संशोधन 24-11-2008 से लागूहोगा ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 2907 (E ) .- In exercise of powers conferredby Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Governinent hereby amends Schedule I ( Imports ) of the ITC ( HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 2004-2009 as under:-
1. Import Policy for the item , Elastomeric under Exim Code No. 5402 44 00 shall be amended to read as "Free" (instead of Restricted ) . This amendment shallbe applicable from 24-11-2008 .
2. This issues in public interest .
