का.आ. 2921(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन मुंबई कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लि. मुंबई द्वारा मान्यता के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एक्सचेंज को काटनसीड ऑयल , काटनसीड केक , राइस ब्रॉन ऑयल , सनफ्लावर ऑयल , आर बी डी पॉमोलीन और सोयाबीन में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करते हैं ।
2. एतद्वारा , मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्याधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (Department of Consumer Affairs) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th December , 2008
S.O. 2921 (E ) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, Mumbai the application for grant of recognition, made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the Bombay Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Mumbai and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of three years from the date ofpublication of this Notification in respect of forward contracts in Cottonseed Oil , Cottonseed Cake , Rice bran Oil, Groundnut Oil, Sunflower Oil , RBD Palmolein and Soyabean.
2.The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time , be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
