amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofFood, Agriculture, Community Development and Co - operation, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ), vide number G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February , 1971 , namely:-
In the said notification , for item numbers (xvii ) and (xviii) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :--
(For a period of three years from the date of publication ofthis Notification);
