का.आ. 2920(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 22 ) की धारा 2 ( ग ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के माध्यस्थम बोर्ड में श्री नवीन कुमार सैनी , वरिष्ठ लिपिक , (न्यायिक ) को ' लोक प्राधिकारी ' अर्थात् माध्यस्थम बोर्ड हेतु केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी के रूप में तत्काल प्रभाव से तथा अगले आदेश होने तक विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।
S.O. 2920(E) .-In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 (1 ) read with Section 2(C) of the Rightto Information Act, 2005 (No. 22 of 2005) , the Central Government, Ministry of Labour and Employment designates Shri Naveen Kumar Saini , Senior Clerk ( Judicial) inBoard ofArbitration, Ministry of Labour and Employment asCentral Public Information Officer in respect ofthe ' public authority' namely, the Board of Arbitration with immediate effect and until further orders .
उक्त अधिनियम में निहित कर्त्तव्यों एवं दायित्वों के निर्वहन के अलावा श्री नवीन कुमार सैनी , उक्त अधिनियम में निहित माध्यस्थम बोर्ड के अंतर्गत लोक प्राधिकारियों द्वारा किये जाने वाले समस्त कार्यों का समन्वय कार्य भी देखेंगे तथा उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत माध्यस्थम बोर्ड के मामले में अन्य मंत्रालयों से पारस्परिक कार्य-कलाप के प्रयोजनार्थ नोडल अधिकारी भी होंगे ।
In addition to his duties and responsibilities to carry out the purposes ofthe said Act , Shri Naveen Kumar Saini will also coordinate all actions taken up by the public authorities under the Board of Arbitration for carrying out thepurposes of the said Act and shall be the Nodal Officer for the purposes of the said Act in respect of Board of Arbitration to interact with other Ministries .
उक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्य से माध्यस्थम बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के नियुक्त होने तक श्री रनवीर सिंह , निदेशक ( विभागाध्यक्ष ) माध्यस्थम बोर्ड, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अपीलीय अधिकारी होंगे ।
Shri Ranbir Singh , Director ( HOD) , Board of Arbitration, Ministry of Labour and Employment shall be theAppellateAuthority till the time ofjoining ofChairman, Board ofArbitration for the purpose of the said Act .
इसे सचिव , श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है ।
This issues with the approval of Secretary, Ministry ofLabour and Employment.
