का.आ. 2926(अ). यतः मै. गोल्डेन टावर इन्फ्राटेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में प्लाट सं. 8 सेक्टर -144 , नोएडा में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) , (जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;
S.O. 2926 (E ) .-Whereas M/ s.Golden Tower Infratech Private Limited has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 ( 28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Plot No. 8, Sector-144, Noida, in the State of Uttar Pradesh .
और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में प्लाट सं. 8 सेक्टर -144 , नोएडा में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/ सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास एवं प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 3 सितम्बर, 2008 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;
And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub- section (8) ofSection 3 ofthe said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub- section ( 10) of Section 3 ofthe said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services atPlot No. 8 , Sector- 144, Noida, in the State ofUttar Pradesh on3rd September , 2008;
अतः , अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में प्लाट सं. 8 सेक्टर-144 , नोएडा में 10 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the land measuring ten hectares comprising atPlot No. 8, Sector- 144, Noida, in the State ofUttar Pradesh as a Special Eonomic Zone .

का.आ. 2928(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर , 2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै, गोल्डेन टावर इन्फ्राटेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में प्लाट सं. 8 सेक्टर -144 , नोएडा में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट , विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub -section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of December, 2008 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Plot no . 8, Sector - 144 , Noida, Uttar Pradesh developedby M/s.GoldenTower Infratech Pvt . Ltd. shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.

2. For discharge of the functions as Development Commissioner , Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Noida, shall abide by the instructions of the Central Government, Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones , issued from time to time. He shall also be sending periodic reports , as prescribedby the Department of Commerce and the Board ofApproval on Special Economic Zones . He shall be responsible to the Department of Commerce for all the actions taken as Development Commissioner . However , the personal matters like leave , transfer, posting etc. of the incumbent shall be governed by the Department of Information Technology and Software Technology Park ofIndia, as the case may be .
2. विकास आयुक्त के रूप में कार्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए निदेशक, सॉफ्टवेयर टैक्नॉलोजी पार्क्स ऑफ इंडिया , नोएडा को केन्द्र सरकार , वाणिज्य विभाग तथा विशेष आर्थिक जोन अनुमोदन बोर्ड द्वारा समय - समय पर जारी किए गए अनुदेशों का अनुपालन करना होगा । वह वाणिज्य विभाग तथा विशेष आर्थिक जोन अनुमोदन बोर्ड द्वारा यथानिर्धारित आवधिक रिपोर्ट भी भेजेंगे । वह विकास आयुक्तके रूप में की गई सभी कार्यवाहियों के लिए वाणिज्य विभाग
