का.आ. 2945(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 3 (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 5( आरई-2008)/2004- 2009 दिनांक 15-4-2008, अधिसूचना सं. 12( आरई -2008)/ 2004-2009दिनांक 21-5-2008 और अधिसूचना सं. 13(आरई-2008 )/ 2004-2009 दिनांक 27-5-2008 और अधिसूचना सं. 61 ( आरई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक20-11-2008 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 4( आरई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 11-4-2008 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
आईटीसी ( एचएस ) की अनुसूची 2 के अंतर्गत अध्याय 25 में क्रम सं. 72क पर मौजूदा प्रविष्टि को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign TradePolicy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes , with immediate effect the following amendments to NotificationNo. 4(RE- 2008 )/2004-2009 dated 11th April , 2008 read with Notification No. 5 (RE -2008 )/2004-2009 dated15thApril, 2008, Notification No. 12(RE-2008)/2004- 2009 dated 21st May , 2008 , Notification No. 13 (RE-2008 )/ 2004-2009 dated 27th May , 2008 , and Notificaton No.61 (RE- 2008)/2004-2009 dated 20th November, 2008:-
