का.आ. 2935( अ ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में का.आ. 438 ( अ ) , दिनांक 5 मार्च, 2008 के जरिए प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 15/2008- सीमा शुल्क (गै.दै. ) , दिनांक 5 मार्च, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त , एयर कार्गो कम्पलेक्स, सहर, मुम्बई " शब्दों और कोष्ठक के बाद " और सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त ( आयात ) , जवाहरलाल नेहरू कस्टम हाउस, न्हावा शेवा , रायगढ़ , महाराष्ट्र " शब्द एवं कोष्ठक जोड़े जाएंगे ।

Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central BoardofExcise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number 15 /2008 -Customs (N.T. ) , dated 5th March, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 sub -section ( ii ) , vide number S.O.438 (E) dated the 5th March, 2008, of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) namely:-
Inthe said notification, after the words Commissioner. ofCustoms , Air Cargo Complex, Sahar , Mumbai , the words and brackets " and the Commissioner of Customs (Import) , Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva , Raigad, Maharastra " shall be inserted .
