सा.का.नि. 867(अ). वायुयान नियम, 1937 का और संशोधन करने के लिए कतिपय नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप , जो केन्द्रीय सरकार, वायुयान अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाना चाहती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 द्वारा अपेक्षित तथा उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, प्रकाशित किया जाता है और सूचना दी जाती है कि भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना की प्रतियों को सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध कराये जाने की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के पश्चात् उक्त प्रारूप पर विचार किया जाएगा;
आपत्तियां या सुझाव , यदि कोई है , तो महानिदेशक नागर विमानन, सफदरजंग हवाई अड्डा के सामने, नई दिल्ली-110003 को संबोधित किए जाएं :
उक्त विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व, उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में किसी भी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त आपत्ति या सुझाव पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।
प्रारूप नियम
1. (1 ) इन नियमों को वायुयान ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. वायुयान नियम, 1937 में , नियम 35 के उप-नियम (4 ), नियम 48 के उप- नियम ( 2क ) , नियम 62 के उप- नियम (2 ) , नियम 87 के उप-नियम ( 3 ) नियम 133 ग के उप- नियम 4 एवं अनुसूची XI के पैरा 5 के उप- पैरा (5 ) में, " लेखा अधिकारी , केन्द्रीय वेतन एवं लेखा कार्यालय , नागर विमानन विभाग , नई दिल्ली " शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे, नामशः:-
" वेतन एवं लेखा कार्यालय, महानिदेशक नागर विमानन , नागर विमानन मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली । "

टिप्पण: मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II, खंड (3 ) , उप- खंड ( i ) में अधिसूचना संख्या वी-26 , दिनांक 23 मार्च , 1937 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और अंतिम संशोधन सा.का.नि. 722 ( अ ) दिनांक 6 अक्टूबर , 2008 की अधिसूचना द्वारा किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th December , 2008
G.S.R. 867 (E) . The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937 , which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (22 of 1934) , is hereby published as required by Section 14 of the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after a period ofthirty days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India in which this notification is published, are made available to the public .
Objections or suggestions , if any, may be addressed to the Director- General of Civil Aviation, opposite Safdarjung Airport, NewDelhi- 110003 ..
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry ofthe period specified above will be considered by the Central Government .
DRAFT RULES
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Aircraft (Amendment ) Rules , 2008.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In theAircraft Rules , 1937, in sub - rule (4) ofrule 35 , sub -rule (2A) ofrule 48 , sub -rule (2) of rule 62, sub -rule ( 3) of rule 87, sub - rule (4) of rule 133C and sub - paragraph (5 ) of paragraph 5 of Schedule XI , for the words " Accounts Officer , Central Pay and Accounts Office, Civil Aviation Department , New Delhi " , the following words shall be substituted, namely :-
"Pay and Accounts Office , Director General ofCivil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation , New Delhi . "
