का.आ. 2958(अ).-दिल्ली के लिए भवन उप - नियम , 1983 में केन्द्र सरकार का निम्नलिखित जिन संशोधनों/उपांतरणों को करने का प्रस्ताव है , उन्हें सार्वजनिक सूचना के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव हों, तो उन्हें इस सूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिन के अन्दर लिखित रूप में अवर सचिव , दिल्ली प्रभाग , शहरी विकास मंत्रालय , निर्माण भवन , नई दिल्ली-110011 को भेजा जा सकता है । आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव भेजने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी भिजवाए ।
उपांतरण:
खण्ड 17.1 में निम्नलिखित उपांतरण :-
" 17.1 भवनों की योजना , डिज़ाइन और निर्माण इस प्रकार होगा जिससे अग्नि सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो और यह भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भवन संहिता की अग्नि सुरक्षा भाग- IV के अनुसार किया जाएगा । ऐसे भवनों ( भवन उप नियम सं. 6.2.4.1 में अभिज्ञात) के मामले में भवन योजना मुख्य अग्निश्मन अधिकारी , दिल्ली फायर सर्विस द्वारा भी स्वीकृत की जाएगी । "

(DELHI DIVISION) PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 23rd December, 2008
S.O. 2958 (E ) .---The following amendments/ modifications which the Central Government propose to make in the building Bye - laws , 1983 for Delhi are hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion may send the same in writing to the Under Secretary , Delhi Division, Ministry of Urban Development, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi - 110011 within a period of30 days from the date of this notice. The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/ her name and address .
Modification:
Modify Clause 17.1 as under :-
" 17.1 Buildings , shall be planned , designed and constructed to ensure fire safety and this shall be done in accordance with Part -IV Fire Protection ofNational Building Code of India . In the case of buildings (identified in Bye- laws No. 6.2.4.1 ) , the building schemes shall also be cleared by the Chief Fire Officer, Delhi Fire Service . "
