का.आ. 2971 (अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार , कोयला धारक क्षेत्र ( अर्जन और विकास ) अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 20 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन जारी भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 13 , तारीख 29 दिसम्बर, 2006 जो भारत के राजपत्र , साप्ताहिक , भाग II , खंड 3 उपखंड ( ii ) तारीख 31 दिसम्बर, 2006 से 06 जनवरी , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , द्वारा उससे संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट परिक्षेत्र की भूमि में 3287.274 हेक्टर (लगभग ) या 8122.85 एकड़ ( लगभग ) माप वाली भूमि में कोयले का पूर्वेक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी , और केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त अधिसूचना के माध्यम से धारा 4 में उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन अधिसूचित सम्पूर्ण भूमि में कोयला अभिप्राप्य है ;
और उक्त भूमि की बाबत उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई;
अतः , अब , केंद्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 29 दिसम्बर , 2008 से आरंभ होने वाली एक वर्ष की और अवधि को, ऐसी अवधि के रूप में, विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केंद्रीय सरकार नीचे अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट उक्त भूमि को या ऐसी भूमि में अथवा उस पर के किसी अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

सीमा वर्णनः
क-ख रेखा केलो नदी और तोलगे पश्चिम आरक्षित वन की सम्मिलित सीमा पर
ग-घ "क ' बिंदु से आरंभ होती है ओर तोलगे पश्चिम आरक्षित वन से गुजरती हुई ' घ ' बिंदु पर मिलती है ।
घ-ड. रेखा ग्राम सेमोजोर, तोलगे पूर्व आरक्षित वन ग्राम बाझीखोल की उत्तरी भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

च- छ सीमा के साथ होते हुए बाद में तोलगे पूर्व आरक्षित वन से गुजरती हुई ' छ' बिंदु पर मिलती है ।
छ-ज-झ रेखा, तोलगे पूर्व आरक्षित वन से होते हुए जाती है और फिर ग्राम मिलूपारा , सक्ता, खर्रा से गुजरती हुई 'झ ' बिदु पर मिलती है ।
झ -क रेखा सिलोट आरक्षित वन से होते हुए जाती है फिर केलो नदीं के किनारे के साथ ग्राम पेलमा की पश्चिमी सीमा, जो कि केलो नदी का किनारा भी है, से गुजरती है और आरंभिक "क "बिंदु पर मिलती है।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 24th December , 2008
S.O. 2971 (E ) . Whereas by the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Coal , number S.O. 13 dated the 29th day of December, 2006, issued under sub - section (1 ) of section 4 ofthe Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development ) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and published in the Gazette of India, Weekly Part - II, section 3 , sub -section ( ii) dated the 31 day of December, 2006 to 6th day of January , 2007, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to prospect for coal in lands measuring 3287.274 hectares (approximately ) or 8122.85 acres (approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended thereto;.
And whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that coal is obtainable in the whole of the land notified under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 through the said notification;
And whereas, in respect of the said lands, no notice under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act, has been given;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said sub-section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 29th day of December, 2008, as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands, as specified in the Schedule below, or any rights in or over such lands.
