का.आ. 2972(अ) . यतः मै. आंध्र प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड ( एपीआईआईसी ) , जो आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य का एक सरकारी संगठन है, ने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के आदित्यनगर, आदिबाटला गांव , इब्राहिमपटनम मंडल , जिला रंगारेड्डी में एरोस्पेस एवं प्रिसिजन इंजीनियरिंग इंडस्ट्रीज हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , (जिसे एतपश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है ;
और यतः केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के आदित्यनगर , आदिबाटला गांव , इब्राहिमपटनम मंडल , जिला रंगारेड्डी में एरोस्पेस एवं प्रिसिजन इंजीनियरिंग इंडस्ट्रीज हेतु क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास , प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 3 जुलाई, 2008 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;
अतः अब विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के आदित्यनगर, अदिबाटला गांव , इब्राहिमपटनम मंडल, जिला रंगारेड्डी में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं , अर्थात्

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2008
S.O.2972(E) .- Whereas Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) , a Government Organisation inthe State ofAndhra Pradesh , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for aerospace and precision engineering industries at Aditya Nagar , Adhibatla Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub- section (8) of Section 3 ofthe saidAct , and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub -section ( 10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for aerospace and precision engineering industries at AdityaNagar , Adhibatla Village area on 3rd July, 2008 ;

Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government herey notifies the followin area at Aditya Nagar, Adhibatla Village , Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State ofAndhra Pradesh , comprising of the survey numbers and the area given below in the Table , as Special Economic Zone , namely :-

का.आ. 2973(अ).विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 24-12-2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै . आंध्र प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड ( एपीआईआईसी ) द्वारा आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के आदित्यनगर , आदिबाटला गांव , इब्राहिमपटनम मंडल , जिला रंगारेड्डी में एरोस्पेस एवं प्रिसिजन इंजीनियरिंग इंडस्ट्रीज हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government herey appoints the 24th day of December , 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for aerospace and precision engineering industries at Aditya Nagar , Adhibatla Village , Ibrahimpatnam Mandal , Ranga Reddy District in the State ofAndhra Pradesh proposed to be developed by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) , shall be deemed to be Inland Container Deport under Section 7 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 .

का.आ. 2974(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै . आंध्र प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (एपीआईआईसी ) द्वारा आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के आदित्यनगर, आदिबाटला गांव, इब्राहिमपटनम मंडल , जिला रंगारेड्डी में एरोस्पेस एवं प्रिसिजन इंजीनियरिंग इंडस्ट्रीज हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति , जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं , अर्थात्:-
-अध्यक्ष , पदेन 1. विशाखापत्तनम विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त
-सदस्य, पदेन 2. निदेशक अथवा उप- सचिव , भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन 3. संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक, हैदराबाद
-सदस्य, पदेन 4. सीमाशुल्क हवाई अड्डा आयुक्त , हैदराबाद या उसका नामिति जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन 5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिति जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य , पदेन 6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , वित्त मंत्रालय , बैंकिंग प्रभार , भारत सरकार
-सदस्य, पदेन 7. आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा नामित किए दो अधिकारी , जिनका स्तर संयुक्त सचिव से कम नहीं होगा
-विशेष

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government herey constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Comittee for a sector specific Special Economic Zone for aerospace and precision engineering industries at Aditya Nagar , Adhibatla Village , Ibrahimpatnam Mandal , Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infra- structure Corporation Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members , namely :-
-Chairperson, ex-officio 1. Development Commissioner , Visakhapatnam Special Eco- nomic Zone
-Member, ex-officio 2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry ofCommerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government ofIndia
---Member , ex-officio 3. Joint Director General of Foreign Trade , Hyderabad
-Member, ex-officio 4 Commissioner of Customs Airport , Hyderabad or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
-Member,
ex-officio 5 Commissioner of Income Tax having territorialjurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
