अधिसूचना दिल्ली, 26 दिसम्बर, 2008
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2008 नई का.आ. 2978(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, बीज अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का 54 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय बीज समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् यह राय होने पर कि कृषिके प्रयोजन के लिए विक्रय किए जाने वाले नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (2 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रकार की विनिर्दिष्ट किस्मों के बीजों की क्वालिटी को विनियमित किया जाना आवश्यक और समीचीन है, यह घोषणा करती है कि बीजों की उक्त किस्में, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए संपूर्ण भारत के लिए अधिसूचित किस्में होंगी , नामतः:-
S.O. 2978 (E).- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 5 ofthe Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Seed Committee, being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient to regulate the quality of the seeds of the varieties specified in column (3 ) of the table below of the kinds specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) ofthe said Table, to be sold for the purpose of agriculture, hereby declares that the said varieties of seeds shall be the notified varieties for the whole of India, for the purpose of the said Act, namely:-
