का.आ. 2979( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 671 ( अ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर , 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः-
रखे जाएंगे । उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 में " बारह वर्ष तीन माह की अवधि " के स्थान पर " तेरह वर्ष तीन माह की अवधि के लिए " शब्द

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th December , 2008
S.O. 2979 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act , 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofEnvironment and Forests , number S.O. 671 (E) , dated the 30th September, 1996, namely:---
In the said notification in paragraph 1 , for the words " for a period of twelve years and three months " the words "for a peorid of thirteen years and three months " shall be substituted.
