का.आ. 2983(अ). केन्द्र सरकार, हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 35 ) की धारा 4 और 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अधिनियम की धारा 4 ( i ) में निहित शर्तों के अनुसार इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से श्रीमती मोहसिना किदवई को एतद्वारा भारतीय हज समिति का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है; और इस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार , विदेश मंत्रालय के दिनांक 15 सितम्बर, 2006 के का.आ. 1536 ( अ ) की अधिसूचना में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. ( 3 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है, नामतः:-

टिप्पणी : भारतीय हज समिति से संबंधित अधिसूचना दिनांक 15 सितम्बर , 2006 को भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 1536( अ ) , के तहत प्रकाशित हुई थी और उसे बाद में अधिसूचना सं का.आ. 2 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 जनवरी , 2007; सं. का.आ. 131 ( अ ) , दिनांक 23 जनवरी , 2008 , सं. का.आ. 1287(अ ) , दिनांक 4 जून , 2008 और सं. का.आ. 2245 (अ ) , दिनांक 22 सितम्बर , 2008 के तहत संशोधित किया गया था ।

S.O. 2983 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 ofthe Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002) , the Central Government hereby nominates Smt. Mohsina Kidwai as a Member of the Haj Committee of India with effect from the date of publication of this notification; and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of External Affairs , number S.O. 1536(E), dated the 15th September, 2006, namely :---
Inthe said notification, for serial number (3 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:-
-Member "(3) Smt. Mohsina Kidwai ,
Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) 80, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi - 110003 . Tel: 24694785" .

Note: The notification constituting the Haj Committee of India was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary vide number S.O. 1536(E), dated the 15th September , 2006 and subsequently was amended vide notification numbers .S.O . 2 (E) , dated the 2nd January, 2007; S.O. 131 (E) , dated the 23rd January, 2008 ; S.O. 1287 (E) , dated the 4th June, 2008 and S.O. 2245 (E) , dated the 22nd September,2008.
