सा.का.नि. 894(अ).-भारतीय हवाईअड्डा आर्थिक विनियामक प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 27 ) की धारा-1 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा इसके अध्याय III , अध्याय VI को छोड़कर उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के प्रभावी होने की तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 निर्धारित करती है ।

G.S.R. 894(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act , 2008 (27 of 2008), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2009 , as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, except Chapter III and Chapter VI thereof, shall come into force .
