सा.का.नि 895( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, शिक्षु अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 52) की धारा 37 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय शिक्षुता परिषद् नियम, 1962 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय शिक्षुता परिषद् (संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. केन्द्रीय शिक्षुता नियम , 1962 के नियम 3 के खंड ( ग ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" (ग) केन्द्रीय सरकार के 18 से अनधिक प्रतिनिधि, "।

टिप्पण :-मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र में संख्या सा.का.नि. 608, तारीख 19 अप्रैल , 1962 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और संख्या सा.का.नि. 216, तारीख 5 मई, 2003 द्वारा , उनका अंतिम संशोधन किया गया।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 29th December , 2008
G.S.R. 895 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 37 of the Apprentices Act , 1961 (52 of 1961) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Apprenticeship Council Rules , 1962 , namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Apprenticeship Council (Amendment) Rules , 2008.
(2) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Apprenticeship Council Rules, 1962 , in rule 3 , for clause (c) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely : ----
"(c) not more than 18 representatives of the Central Government," .
