सा.का.नि. 898( अ ).-भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्य नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम (2.) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, बिहार सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) पंद्रहवां संशोधन विनियमावली , 2008 होगा ।
(2) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1955 की अनुसूची में " बिहार " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

सप्तम संशोधन नियमावली , 2008 है । विभाग और ग्रेड वेतन 12000 रुपए
(2) ये नियम शासकीय राजपुत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की महानिदेशक , बिहार लोक वेतनबैंड-4, 37400-67000 रु.;
तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । प्रशासन एवं ग्रामीण विकास और ग्रेड वेतन 12000 रुपए

(क) " अनुसूची- II भाग क में , राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रधान सचिव , योजना एवं विकास वेतन बैंड -4 , 37400-67000 रु.;
प्रशासनिक सेवा में वरिष्ठ वेतनमान के ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों" में, विभाग और ग्रेड वेतन 12000 रुपए
प्रथम कॉलम में " बिहार " के नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों और दूसरे मुख्य मंत्री के प्रधान सचिव वेतनबैंड-4,37400-67000 रु.;
कॉलम में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित और ग्रेड वेतन 12000 रुपए

सा.का.नि. 901 (अ) अखिल भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 6 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, कर्नाटक सरकार के प्रवमर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली , 2007 में आगे और संशोधन करने हेतु एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) षष्ठम संशोधन नियम, 2008 है ।
(2) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन ) नियमावली , 2007 में :-

नियमावली , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के साथ पठित , अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार केरल सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. (i ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) तृतीय संशोधन विनियमावली , 2008है।

G.S.R. 902(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (LXI of 1951 ) read with sub -rules (1 ) and (2) of Rule4 ofthe Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations , 2008 .

सा.का.नि. 903 ( अ ) अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार केरल सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली , 2007 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन ) चतुर्थ संशोधन विनियमावली , 2008 होगा ।
2. (ii ) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली , 2007 में- (क) ' अनुसूची- IIक में, राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के समय वेतनमान से ऊपर के पदों में, तालिका में , प्रथम कॉलम की प्रविष्टि की " केरल " और दूसरे कॉलम में , तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: - केरल
