सा.का.नि. 904(अ). केंद्रीय सरकार, विलायक निष्कर्षित तेल, वितैलित भोजन और खाद्य आटा ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1967 के खण्ड 2 के उप - खण्ड ( क ) के अनुसरण में और उक्त आदेश के अधीन जारी भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 111 ( अ ) , तारीख 16 जनवरी , 2008 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, डॉ. वाई. सी. निझावन, मुख्य निदेशक, वनस्पति , वनस्पति तेल तथा वसा निदेशालय, उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय को , उक्त आदेश के अधीन नियंत्रक की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए भारत का वनस्पति तेल तथा वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 26th December , 2008
G.S.R. 904 (E ) . In pursuance of sub - clause ( a) ofclause 2 ofthe Solvent Extracted Oil, De- Oiled Meal and Edible Flour (Control) Order, 1967 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofConsumerAffairs , Food and Public Distribution number S.O. 111 (E) , dated the 16th January , 2008 issued under the said Order , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Y.C. Nijhawan, Chief Director, Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oils and Fats in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution as the Vegetable Oils and Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Order.
