सा.का.नि. 905(अ). केंद्रीय सरकार, खाद्य तेल पैकेजिंग (विनियमन ) आदेश , 1998 के खंड 2 के उप-खण्ड (ग ) के अनुसरण में और उक्त आदेश के अधीन जारी उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 88 ( अ ) तारीख 22 फरवरी , 2005 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , डॉ. वाई.सी. निझावन , मुख्य निदेशक , वनस्पति तेल तथा वसा निदेशालय , उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय को, उक्त आदेश के अधीन आयुक्त की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए खाद्य तेल आयुक्त नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th December, 2008
G.S.R. 905(E ) . In pursuance of sub - clause (c) ofclause 2 ofthe Edible Oils Packaging (Regulation) Order, 1998 and in supersession of the notification of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution number G.S.R. 88 (E) , dated the 22nd February, 2005, issued under the said Order, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Y.C. Nijhawan , Chief Director , Directorate of Vanaspati , Vegetable Oils and Fats in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution, as the Edible Oils Commissioner , to exercise the powers of the Commissioner under the said Order .
