सा.का.नि. 906( अ)-केन्द्रीय सरकार , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद (विनियमन ) आदेश , 1998 के खंड 2 के उप -खंड ( घ ) के अनुसरण में और उक्त आदेश के अधीन जारी उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 61 (अ) तारीख 30 जनवरी , 2008 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, डॉ. वाई. सी. निझावन, मुख्य निदेशक, वनस्पति, वनस्पति तेल तथा वसा निदेशालय , उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग ) को , उक्त आदेश के अधीन आयुक्त की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद आयुक्त नियुक्तकरती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th December , 2008
G.S.R. 906(E) . In pursuance of sub - clause (d) of clause 2 ofthe Vegetable Oil Products (Regulation ) Order , 1998 and in supersession of the notification of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution) number G.S.R. 61 (E) , dated the 30th January, 2008 issued under the said Order , the Central Government hereby appoints , Dr. Y. C. Nijhawan, ChiefDirector, Directorate ofVanaspati , Vegetable Oils and Fats in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution) , as the Vegetable Oil Products Commissioner , to exercise the powers of the Commissioner under the said Act .
