NewDelhi , the 31st December, 2008 का.आ. 3010(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 528 ( अ ) , तारीख 9 अप्रैल , 2007 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 9 अप्रैल , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 3010(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport andHighways ), number S.O. 528 (E) , dated the 9th April, 2007 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) , dated the 9th April , 2007 , namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में " 364/125 कि.मी. से 58/245 कि.मी. तक " शब्द, अक्षर और संख्याएं दोनों स्थानों पर जहाँ कहीं ये लिखी गई हैं, के स्थान पर " 364/125 कि.मी. से 59/000 कि.मी. तक " शब्द, अक्षर और संख्याएं रखी जाएंगी ।
In the said notification , for the words, letters and figures ," from km. 364/125 to km . 58/245 " at both the places where they occur, the words , letters and figures " from km.364/125 to km . 59/000 " shall be substituted.
