(घ) मद संख्या ( छ ) में शब्दों और मार्कर के भी कोई चिह्न अंतर्विष्ट नहीं करता है " का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ङ) मद संख्या (ङ ) का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(च) मद संख्या (न ) में शब्दों " मार्कर और/ या के चिह्न होना " का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(2) खण्ड 8 में,-
(क) उप खण्ड ( 1 क ) का लोप किया जाएगा ।
सा.का.नि. 1 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा , मोटर स्पिरिट और उच्च वेग डीजल ( प्रदाय और वितरण का विनियमन और अनाचार निवारण ) आदेश , 2005 का आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश देती है अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश को मोटर स्पिरिट और उच्च वेग डीजल ( प्रदाय और वितरण का विनियमन और अनाचार निवारण ) संशोधन आदेश , 2008 कहा जाएगा ।
(ख) उप खण्ड ( 1 ) में शब्दों " जहां उत्पाद में उप-खण्ड ( 1क) के अंतर्गत मार्कर अंतर्विष्ट नहीं हैं, प्राधिकृत अधिकारी " के स्थान पर शब्द " प्राधिकृत " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(2) यह सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
होगा ।

टिप्पणी: प्रमुख आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 19 जून , 2005 के सं. सा.का.नि. 729( अ) ( असाधारण ) द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और बाद में दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 2007 के सं. सा.का.नि. 18 ( अ ) के द्वारा संशोधित किया गया ।
(क) मद संख्या ( क) में शब्दों " मोटर स्पिरिट और उच्च वेग डीजल में मार्कर की उपस्थिति और/या " शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 31 दिसम्बर , 2008 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel(Regulation of Supply, Distribution and Prevention ofMalpractices) Order , 2005, namely :-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply, Distribution and Prevention ofMalpractices) Amendment Order , 2008 .
सा.का.नि. 2( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा , किरोसिन ( उपयोग पर निर्बंधन और अधिकतम कीमत नियतन ) आदेश , 1993 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश को किरोसिन ( उपयोग पर निर्बंधन और अधिकतम कीमत नियतन ) संशोधन आदेश , 2008 कहा जाएगा ।

(1) in clause 2,-
2. किरोसिन ( उपयोग पर निर्बंधन और अधिकतम कीमत नियतन ) आदेश , 1993 में,
(1 ) खण्ड 2 में :-
(क) मद संख्या ( छक ) का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(a) In item (a) , the words "presence of marker in motor spirit and high speed diesel and/or " shall be omitted;
(ख) मद संख्या ( टक ) का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(2 ) खण्ड 8क का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(b) in item (e) , the words " and also does not contain anytraces ofmarker " shall be omitted;
(c) item ( fl ) shall be omitted;
3. खण्ड 9 में, उप- खण्ड ( क ) में शब्दों " किरोसिन में मार्कर के मिश्रण को निश्चित करने के लिए परीक्षण किट की सहायता से उत्पाद लेना और नमूने का परीक्षण करना" शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(d) in item (g) , the words " and also does not contain any traces ofmarker " shall be omitted;

(f) in item (t), the words " having traces of marker and/ or " shall be omitted .
टिप्पणी: प्रमुख आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 2 सितम्बर , 1993 के सं. सा.का.नि. 584 ( अ) के द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और बाद में निम्नलिखित द्वारा संशोधित किया गया ।
(1 ) सं. सा.का.नि. 509 ( अ ) , दिनांक 19 जून , 1995 (2) in clause 8 ,--

1. (1) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Restriction on Use and Fixation of Ceiling Price) Amendment Order , 2008 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Kerosene (Restriction on Use and Fixation ofCeiling Price) Order, 1993 .
(1) in clause 2,--
(a) item (ga) shall be omitted;
(b) item (ka) shall be omitted;
(2) iclause 8A shall be omitted .
3. in clause 9 , in sub- clause (a) , the words " draw and test samples of the product with the aid of test kit to determine blending of marker in kerosene" shall be omitted.
