का.आ. 3(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1581 (अ ) , तारीख 26 जून , 2008 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 30 जून, 2008 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने जिला " चिरांग " से संबंधित तालुक ( 2 ) बोंगईगाँव " के सामने , स्तंभ ( 5 ) में , प्रविष्टि " (2 ) नं. 2 चापागुड़ी " के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 3 ) खारीजा दोलाई गाँव पार्ट-1 " अतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st January, 2009
S.O. 3 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport andHighways , (Department of Road Transport andHighways) number S.O. 1581 (E) , dated the 26th June , 2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub -section ( ii) dated the 30th June , 2008 , namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial number 1 relating to District " Chirang " , against Taluk "(2) Bongaigaon " , in column (5) , after entry " (2 ) No. 2 Chapaguri" , the entry " (3 ) Kharija Dolia Gaon Pt- I " shall be inserted.
