का.आ. 7(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2015 ( अ) , तारीख 11 अगस्त, 2008 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 11 अगस्त, 2008 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रस्तावना में " उप मंडल मजिस्ट्रेट, रामपुर " शब्दों के स्थान पर " अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट (वित्त और राजस्व ) , रामपुर " शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 1st January, 2009
S.O. 7(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 2015 (E) , dated the 11th August, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub -section (ii ), dated the 11th August, 2008 , namely :-
Inthe preamble to the said notification, for the words "Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rampur " , the words and brackets "Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) , Rampur " shall be substituted.
