Subject : Anti - Dumping Investigation concerning Sunset Review of anti - dumping duty on imports ofMulberry Raw Silk (not thrown) of 2Agrade and below originating inor exported from China PR- Final Findings dated 11th December , 2008
विषय : चीन जन. गण, के मूल के अथवा वहां से निर्यातित 2 ए ग्रेड और उससे कम के शहतूती कच्चे रेशम ( बटा न गया ) के आयात के संबंध में पाटनरोधी जांच की निर्णायक समीक्षा से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच-दिनांक 11 दिसम्बर , 2008 के अंतिम जांच परिणाम
F. No. 15/ 12/2007 -DGAD .-Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti- DumpingDuty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules , 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) thereof; the Designated Authority has notified the final findings vide notification No. 15/ 12/2007 -DGAD dated 11th December 2008 .
फा.सं .15 / 12 / 2007- डीजीएडी.-1995 में यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् अधिनियम कहा गया है ) और उसकी सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं का अभिज्ञान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं वसूली एवं क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली , 1995 (जिसे एतद्दश्चात् नियम कहा गया है ) को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 11 दिसम्बर , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. 15/12/2007-डीजीएडी के तहत अंतिम जांच परिणाम अधिसूचित किए हैं ।
Inthe above said Notification, in the Duty table given below para No. 61 ; Column 2 at Sl . Nos . 1 , 2 and 3 are rectified to read as 50020010 instead of 50020001 .
उक्त अधिसूचना में , पैरा सं. 61 के नीचे दी गई शुल्क तालिका में, क्र. सं. 1 , 2 और 3 के कॉलम 2 में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे 50020001 के स्थान पर 50020010 पढ़ा जाए ।
