सा.का.नि. 4(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट अधिनियम, 1949 ( 1949 का 38 ) की धारा 28 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड का गठन करने वाली कॉरपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 448 (अ ) तारीख 28 जून, 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्यांक 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd January, 2009
G.S.R. 4(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A ofthe Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Ministry of Corporate Affairs , numberG.S.R. 448 ( E) dated 28th June, 2007 constituting the Quality Review Board.
2. In the said notification , for serial number 2 and entries thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
