का.आ. 12( अ ). भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) ( इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में उल्लिखित ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख) के अनुसरण में, सदस्योंको भारतीय चिकित्सा के संबंध में विशेष ज्ञान और व्यावहारिक अनुभव रखने वाले व्यक्तियों में से केंद्र सरकार द्वारा नामित किया गया है ।
अतएव , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, अब स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 अगस्त 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3259 (अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के तहत निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत सारणी में, निम्नलिखित सारणी प्रतिस्थापित की आएगी , अर्थात्:-
धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( i ) के खण्ड ( ग) के तहत नामित ।

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 12 (E). Whereas , in pursuance of clause ( c) of sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) members have been nominated by the Central Government from amongst perosns having special knowledge and practical experience in respect of Indian Medicine.
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No. S.O. 3259 (E) dated the 21st August , 1971 , namely: --
In the said notification, in the table , under the heading nominated under clause (c) ofsub- section (i ) of Section 3 , the following table shall be substituted, namely:-
Nominated under clause (c) of sub- section ( i) of Section 3 .
