का.आ. 15(अ).-भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद्अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) के अनुसरण में , दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय , आयुर्वेदिक एवं यूनानी चिकित्सा संकाय , छठा तल वी.पी.सी. आई. बिल्डिंग , दिल्ली-110007 के यूनानी चिकित्सा पद्धति से एक सदस्य को, उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के आयुर्वेद संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया है :
अतएव , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार अब स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1951 ( अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख) के तहत निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत सारणी में, निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय के सामने , उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st December, 2008
S.O. 15 (E). Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with the rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975, one member from the Unani System ofMedicine of the University of Delhi , Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines , 6th Floor V.P.C.I. Building, Delhi- 110007 has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda faculty ofthe said University;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , number S.O. 1951 (E) , dated the 21st August, 1971 , namely:-
Inthe said notification, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 3 " , in the Table , against the following university, for the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
