का.आ. 16 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , होम्योपैथी केंद्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 , के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंके अनुसरण में , नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में यथा- उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत , उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनार्थ एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-
