का.आ. 21(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , आय- कर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 80ग की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( 15 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त खण्ड के प्रयोजनों के लिए राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक ( कर बचत ) सावधि जमा स्कीम, 2008 को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, अर्थात्
2. यह अधिसूचना इसके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

New Delhi , the 5th January, 2009
(INCOME-TAX)
S.O. 21 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xv) ofsub-section (2) of Section 80C ofthe Income- taxAct, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Government hereby specifies the National Housing Bank (Tax Saving) Term Deposit Scheme , 2008 for the purposes of the said clause .
2. The notification shall come into effect on the date ofitspublication in the Official Gazette .
